And any document for which photocopying is prohibited.

For a signer to swear to or affirm the truthfulness of the contents of a document to a Notary or notarial officer. $10/additional 15 minutes.

A power of attorney (POA) is a legal authorization that gives the agent or attorney-in-fact the authority to act on behalf of an individual referred to as the principal. The agent may be given broad or limited authority to make decisions about the principal's property, finances, investments, or medical care. $10/additional 15 minutes.

An oath or affirmation is administered to a document signer when the signer is required to make a sworn statement about certain facts. The signer personally appears before you to swear (or affirm) to the Notary, an officer duly appointed to administer oaths, that the information contained in the document is true. A person who makes a false oath or affirmation is subject to criminal charges for perjury. Sworn statements are commonly used in affidavits, depositions, and applications.

Physical inspection of your car's vehicle identification number. The purpose of a VIN check is to essentially make sure that your vehicle matches the details stored about it in the state DMV databases. $10/additional 15 minutes. 

Online notaries can notarize just about any type of document but here are some document types that I cannot notarize: Last will & testament documents including wills, codicils, will amendments, and testamentary trusts. (Please note that I can notarize living wills.) I-9 Forms, Automobile titles and documents to be apostilled or that are intended for use outside the US. Each additional document or seal is $10.00 for US citizen or resident and 12.00 for non US citizen or resident. 

Verifies the identity and employment eligibility for employees hired in the U.S. $10/additional 15 minutes. 

An affidavit of notary present certification is a notarial certificate that documents when, where, and before whom a sworn or affirmed statement was made. It is added to an affidavit to give legal weight to the statement. Notarization is not always required for affidavits, but it can enhance their credibility in court. The presence of a certification depends on the specific situation and the judgment of the author, recipient, or signer. $10/additional 15 minutes.

Requires witnesses for the inmate due to the fact that typically, inmates do not have identification which is demanded by jail notary. In such cases, the person coordinating the notary jail signings is generally a friend, relative, or attorney for the person in jail. $10/additional 15 minutes.

Inventory the contents of the box and should complete a certificate reciting the name of the lessee, the date of the opening, and a list of the contents. $10/additional 15 minutes.

Verifies the identities of the persons providing the DNA samples.  $10/additional 15 minutes. 

Certified to manage paperwork during the permitting process. Drop off or pick up paperwork from city/county offices, reviewing materials, reviewing permits to ensure they meet all submission requirements, interacting with both city and project staff to help advance approvals inspections and to notarize an application for a building permit that must be sign in the presence of a notary public. 

Two to Four Permits  $25.00 each. 

Five Permits And Up  $20.00 each additional.

Living trusts focus on the management of assets during life and after death. They become effective upon the transfer of assets to them. Wills take effect upon death and go through probate. They designate where assets will go after the person has passed away. $10/additional 15 minutes.

Florida permits Notaries to charge a separate travel service fee. Fees are not stipulated by law but must be agreed upon by the signer & the notary prior to the notarization. You must agree to traveling fee in advance. An administration fee for distance, time, traffic, vehicle-related, mileage and fuel expenses. $1.30 pricing is based on location, distance, time, vehicle-related (and additional traveling fee of 0.70 per mile round trip which is necessary given time, traffic, mileage and fuel). 

A deposition is the sworn oral testimony of a witness or other party for a future court proceeding. It is taken before a notary or other officer authorized to administer oaths. Neutral third party who is present to watch signers execute a legal document. For a witness to be valid, they cannot benefit from the contract in any way or be related to one of the parties. $10/additional 15 minutes. 

Legally authorized to perform civil marriage ceremonies in the State of Fla. Witnessing the couple deliberately give their consent to the marriage and signing the marriage license. Fulfilling the requirements set forth by the marriage laws in the state in which you are being married. Due to Covid19, I only perform small wedding ceremonies. $25 Deposit (Non-Refundable)

Fl Notaries are authorized to solemnize marriages. The couple must presents a valid marriage license & wedding perform in Fl.

SKYY notary is legally authorized to perform civil marriage ceremonies in the State of Florida. In the State of Florida, you must have your marriage license a minimum of 3 days before your wedding day. The marriage license is valid for 60 days in the State of Florida. Couples must be at least 18 years of age.

1. What is the typical price for SKYY notary wedding services? Starting at $115.00 includes mileage (maximum of 10 miles round trip), destination, rehearsal & wait time will be an additional fee.​

2. Will there be a deposit required to book a Wedding Ceremony date? Yes, a non-refundable fee of $25.00 is required to book a Wedding Ceremony date.

3. Do I need identification before ceremony is performed? Yes, I will have to verify the Bride and Groom's identification before the Wedding Ceremony.

4. Does wedding fee include the ceremony rehearsal? No, Rehearsal Fee is $75.00 which will be an additional fee.​

5. Will I get charged for a late fee if my wedding starts late? Yes, after 15 minutes has passed, a late fee will be added for $1.00 per minute. Wedding Officiant may have another ceremony that day and will need to stay on schedule 

6. What language do you speak? English and Creole 

Certify and notarize financial and legal documentation related to loan documents in any real estate transaction. New home loans, reverse mortgages, refinancing, closing contracts & property transfers. Act as an impartial, third-party witness & ensure that the parties involved follow all the protocols for a real estate transaction. Also ensure the borrower and lender’s signatures, and initials are on all documents. Certain Lenders allow for Virtual Notarizations. If elected additional fee of $25.

SKYY notaries will conduct a closing with buyers or sellers through a set of loan documents when they purchase, sell or refinance their home. Making sure that the borrower has filled out all forms properly, also ensuring that the documents are signed, initialed, dated and notarized accurately.  

Additional fees of 35% will apply for no-shows, notary wait, refusal to sign and cancellations after appointment time.

Scan back documents so that loans can fund based on the signed documents that needs to be submitted showing proof of proper execution of critical documents. 

Print digital file that takes the place of a physical copy or printout. E-docs, like PDFs, are easier to share, organize, and collaborate on, whether teams are in the same office or scattered across the globe. 

Ship all documents for domestic deliveries (within the U.S.) via Fed-Ex and International deliveries for $150 through DHL. 

A credible identifying witness is a person who vouches for the identity of a signer. Essentially, a credible identifying witness serves as a human ID card.
