Refund Eligibility

Because our services involve professional time and the preparation of customized filings or documentation, once work has begun or a filing has been submitted, those portions of the service are considered delivered and are not eligible for refund.

Refunds may be issued when:

• A payment was made in error or duplicated,
• A service has not yet begun and cancellation is requested in writing, or
• SKYY INC is unable to perform the service as agreed.

Chargebacks and Disputes

We respect every client’s legal right to dispute a transaction through their financial institution. Our guidance is educational and compliance-focused, helping clients understand tax and financial obligations—not altering or disputing credit history.
